Eircom Tech Support tests on interview day?

    Hey guys,
    I have an interview tomorrow for Eircom as a Tech Support Executive, and it says in the email that there will be an 'aptitude/technical multiple choice test & type test' followed by a one to one interview.

    Anyone have any insight into this like what questions are most likely to be asked etc? I'm sure it won't be anything too difficult, just looking for reassurance I guess :rolleyes:
