Recommend me a wireless router to use with eircom fibre

My experience with the eircom zyxel that I got with my new connection has been abysmal. I get 97mb wired connection but 5mb on wireless and that's only in the lucky few rooms of my average sized house that the signal extends to.

Ideally I really want to make the most of the connection I'm paying for. I would like high wireless speeds and good signal throughout the pretty small house I'm in . Can anyone recommend a router to me that would give me these things.

Oh by the way I've tried home plugs and they were no real help, they gave wired speeds up to 40mb but they didn't improve the wifi speeds at all despite having a wifi element to them.
