Make time for it. One episode will not be enough :P

I watched the first two seasons in succession, I was up til all hours of the morning watching because you just have to see what's next!

I miss having a few episodes in a row to watch!

Just stick with it, season one is Okay, the first half of season two is some of the worst tv imaginable, after that it becomes amazing.

Be prepared to get feck all sleep.
It's not that it scary but you'll keep watching the episodes and it'll e half 12 at night and you'll be tired but you'll say " il go bed now or maybe just one more episode "
I got feck all sleep and last night watched the latest in season 5 and was about 12 when I slept :(

Started watching last weekend it's absolutely brilliant half way through season 2 now.

My only problem is Lori why does she have to be so unlikable, not a single redeeming thing about her.

I'm jealous you're getting to see TWD for the first time :p Make sure you avoid pretty much every thread on this forum as there will be spoilers everywhere, even in thread titles.

awwwwwwwww - she doesn't have any redeeming features

plus Andrea can only talk when her head is off to an angle

Very harsh on the critically acclaimed Z Nation :pac:

Started a rewatch last Friday. Have just finished Season 3. Really different show when you're watching straight through rather than week to week. I hated Andrea with all my rage first time around. But when you watch the episodes back to back, she's not nearly as annoying and her choices don't seem quite as erratic.

Just to update: Flew through it, really enjoying this show. Looking forward to watching episode 4 of the new season later.:D

Daryl is the best character and Rick is great since he went all mad.

Can someone tell me roughly how far along is the tv series in terms of the comic books. Half way? etc.,

Re-watching this again at the moment and I'm loving it. First time around I thought most of season 2 was poor, but the build up of tension is excellent. I think the show badly misses a character like
    Shane

The episode at the CDC in season 1 had me on the edge of my seat despite knowing the outcome. I think re-watching the series has made me appreciate the story a lot more, rather than thinking "Where's all them zombies at?" when watching the show.

The two don't follow each other exactly but the comics are currently on issue #134 and the TV show is roughly at issue #66

Began TWD on Thursday last with no info on it at all only an ad now and then on the telly.

Have just finished episode 1 of season 4, flying through it. Very much binge worthy tv

I won't put any spoilers in here in case any newbies do read this thread before reading but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised, there are so many more levels to this then simply zombie apocalypse type fare. It is actually the interactions and stuff with the non walkers/biters/geeks that make the show. Not scary or anything but a good little character study.

Enjoying it immensely, ropey episode here and there as you would expect but overall its a great show. (I tend to think shows lose themselves beyond season 5 so expecting a drop off in quality but I am well invested in the story at this point!)

I downloaded it, season by season as the compilation d/l's weren't great quality
