    Is this fleece type material..can't see from pic....Where you based.

    Wind block on the front, side and back is vented with material that insulates but is breathable. Typical of Assos the quality of the material is the best and not used by any other brand!

    If that is any help - I wear the same jacket, but size medium. I am 174cm and about 65kg. So I believe an XL should be about OK for you. They are snug fit though.
