Burst Water Main - Limerick

Limerick City 14/10/2014 - 15/10/2014 Repairs to a burst water main may cause supply disruptions to Corbally, Janemount Park, College Park and surrounding areas in Limerick City.
Works have an estimated completion time of 8am on 15/10/2014.

Ugh. Again?

I wonder if this work is actually being carried out in the area or if it's related to the issue at the top of O'Connell Street. Heard that the last breakage in Corbally (a few weeks ago) was caused by pressure being increased at the top of town.
