New Build, Planning Question

I plan on building a new house on a site given to me by my father..Right beside my planned site my father has a shed and old farm house. A small portion of the farm house will be on my site. I plan on knocking the old farm house completely and moving the shed further away from my new build and rebuilding it. Questions i have:
    1. Do I need to state this in the planning as the shed is not on my site?
    2. Do I need to state in the planning that the old farm house will be demolished?

Or does the 2 steps above need to be done by my father as they are both on his property technically?

There is no plan to ever rebuild the old farm house.

Your arch will advise on the wording. From the limited info the answer is yes to both. There are several ways your professional can address these items.
