Airtight Bathroom Vent

    For my new build, I am thinking of using a ductless decentralised HRV but this does not extract directly from bathrooms only from a central area on each floor of house.
    I need a solution to extract from bathrooms that is airtight when it is not extracting.
    I have looked at this example but I don't think they would be very airtight, more draught proof

    Lunos also do units but similarly they seem to have a flap that closes over to prevent back draughts

    defo not airtight. seen them in action. draft proof...not sure how much different than draft flap outside. not sure how your system above works, or is balanced. surely its important to remove the damp air from the bathrooms, balanced with your HRV extract....
