Looking for a nice quiet place for lunch for elderly group in Belfast city centre, and not too expensive.

The Avoca cafe on Arthur st is nice. They would have plenty to suit the tastes of elderly people,

+1 on Avoca. it is EXCELLENT, but the restaurant is upstairs and there isn't a lift.

Avoca is fantastic, but often there's a queue, and as martinedwards comments it's upstairs.

Belfast City Hall has a simple but nice cafe called Bobbins cafe, quiet and obviously in a lovely setting. Not a huge amount of choice in terms of food but worth considering - the menu is on the website; http://www.belfastcity.gov.uk/tourism-venues/cityhall/bobbincoffeeshop.aspx
