get dole-year out of college?

I was doing primary school teaching and in second year I failed my teaching practice and then I failed it again on the repeat..I then was forced to take a year out of college and have to do my teaching practice again in January,and then go into 3rd year if I pass in September 2015..I was wondering am I allowed to draw the…
