You have no bills. Happy for ya.
You must have something that ties you to the address. Car insurance cert, mobile bill, revenue correspondence etc?
In relation to the invoice, alot of people Just scribble an invoice from the name of the previous owner with an address in the north or wherever.

I have an insurance cert alright but it says on the vrt website that it cannot be older than 3 months.

    open a credit union account.
If You are lucky enough to be under 18, children's allowance correspondence?
    How about medical card documentation?
Any bank account etc, ask them to post you out a statement of last three months transactions.
