    Guys,

Not sure if I have any come back,

Built a house, paid architect in full, he moved to NZ but I have in writing that he would finish house,

Today I learn he closed company 18 months ago despite writing to me since then,

I had issues that had to be dealt wth in meantime, only ready to deal with it, and realised something was wrong when he failed to respond to emails in past few months.

Surely he should have informed me he was closing company as I had paid him in full??

Do I have any comeback don't suppose I can they small claims since company gone,

Any advice as I am shocked to find I am out of pocket 1500€

Do I just assume its a dead loss,

Lost my own job in meantime, so cannot afford to finish, surely he has some duty under chartered surveyors insurance Or something...
