    Hello,

Do Ebay still do the free listings weekends every so often? Used to sell a bit but not for a few years...have a few bits I want to sell. I don't get the emails anymore but I remember them having one every month or so.

    Thanks

They used to do them on eBay Ireland regularly but have not done one in about a year now.

Theres one on at the moment until the 1st of November:
    Free auction insertion fee
List an online auction of €1.49 or less for free

That promotion is always in place. You are entitled to 100 free listings per month. Provided that they are auction style listings with a starting price of 1.49 or less.

I believe the original poster was referring to the free listing weekends they used to have where all auction style listings were free regardless of start price. It's a shame that they don't sill run them, I used to put up a lot more items for sale whenever they were on.

I can list things on ebay.co.uk for free, Buy It Now or auction.

You can use your irish account to log on to the UK site.
One thing to watch out for is the when you enter postage costs, the first bit is for the UK and you can put postage costs for Ireland separately in the second bit.

To quote myself, I now realise its a promo offer on ebay.co.uk.
This is from My-eBay>Selling page, I get 20 free listings a month.
