Abbeydale / Foxborough estates in Lucan

Does anybody here live in the Abbeydale or Foxborough estates in Lucan, or the areas around there? A safe enough area to live? Does anybody here live in the Abbeydale or Foxborough estates in Lucan, or the areas around there? A safe enough area to live? It looks like I'll have to move to Dublin and may end up living there as it's not too far from where I'll be working.

The last time I lived in Dublin it was in Fairview, across the road from that pub where a guy got shot in the back of the head that one time.
