    Some measurements if it will help?
    Armpit to armpit = 52cm
    Armpit to Wrist = 53cm
    I'm a medium, 39 inch chest and 72kg. It fits me with two layers underneath.
    I can post for €35

    A to W = 55 cm
    Would fit 38-39 inch chest

    No. It's a proper jacket, sleeves can be unzipped to make it a gilet.
