Is it the licensed premises or an individual that has to register to sell tobacco products? I am managing a bar that is already registered but received a letter stating I am not registered. Thanks

I can understand why you're confused, I went here...

clicked on the flashing green box 'Click here for info on who should register' link ..... and got a 404 page not found error !!
