Going to a concert in Frankfurt in February. Can anyone who has been there recommend a (cheap-ish) hotel to stay, or at least an area? I'd also be interested in advice on things to do/see in the city, or anywhere reasonably close by that can be reached by train

Hotel Rossija - near the train station.
Very VERY VERY basic, but cheap.

I have stayed there a couple of times. Slightly dodgy area (sex shops and the like, if that bothers you) but perfectly safe place to stay.
