Just quick question if I can get atleast a year long term break after working for almost 12years in our cleaning company?
I just want to go abroad for a year and not asking for holiday pay, but only for a year break on my employment so when I coming back I still have my job.

No. Im presuming your working for a private company. Your employer might agree to take you back after a year's absence but of course he doesn't have to.
If he does agree you need to get it in writing and even at that if he doesn't stick to it you would have a hard time trying to force him.

Thanks for the reply. Just hoping there's a law giving us a long break after long years of service.

.any companies have provision for an unpaid leave of absence, but there's no legal obligation to offer it.
