Clio MK3 Headlights

Hi all, The missus Clio (early 2007) seems to have a headlight issue. I've replaced the bulbs but no joy. I've read multiple things online as to what this could be, mainly that it's a dodgy relay. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
