Hi Was suppose to be having a sky engineer calling Monday,our box hasn't been recording programs/playback/pause hasn't been working, when I tried it this morning though its working grand, is it ok to call sky and just cancel the engineer? Or is there a procedure to follow?

Was suppose to be having a sky engineer calling Monday,our box hasn't been recording programs/playback/pause hasn't been working, when I tried it this morning though its working grand, is it ok to call sky and just cancel the engineer? Or is there a procedure to follow?

Did it cost you anything - if not let them come and see if anything needs doing. If not just ring them on 0818 719 819.

He changed our box so its just as well I didn't cancel
