Each satellite receiver at each TV point requires a direct connection to an output on the LNB at the dish. That distribution amp you link to won't work.

4 (quad) and 8 (octo) output LNBs are available.

How many co-ax cables go to each TV point?

Saorview from an aerial can be piggy-backed on the satellite feed to each room if required.

Each TV point has a single TV socket. Cable from the attic to every room, kitchen etc. Is there any use of these TV sockets ? Thank you

Is the wallplate the push-in or screw-on type?

A single cable to each TV point can be used to carry a single satellite feed with Saorview also. A decombiner wallplate like this can be used to separate the signal at the TV point - http://www.tvtrade.ie/wolsey-tv-aerial-and-satellite-wall-plate.html

At the attic end each room feed must be connected to a spare output on the LNB. If Saorview is also required at each TV point a combiner like this can be used to combine the satellite and aerial feeds down a single cable.
