i bought a new phone on ebay 4 months ago, i decided to sell it on a week later, today i get a email from my buyer telling me that the phone has been reported stolen :eek: and is barred, i explained that i bought the phone on ebay also,
my buyer opens up a dispute with pp understandably and i decide to do the same with my seller to protect myself from loss(even though i don't own the thing anymore),
i figured my seller was the original owner and reported it stolen to get a new phone, but he tells me he also bought the phone on ebay, my seller who i opened a claim against doesn't know i sold it on so its a bit of a mess.

how should i handle this?
