Hi folks. So I've started to develop cauliflower ear. Any suggestions as to preventative action so it doesn't get worse?
It's from jiu jitsu by the way. (Japanese)

From what I understand jitz is incurable!

Headgear, although I hadn't thought it would have been needed for jiu jitsu.

It very much depends on the particular flavour of Japanese jiu jitsu. If it's grappling that's causing the issue try wrestling headgear to protect it.

If you're in Dublin Sportsmith on Cathedral Street usually have them.
