Reasonable area- 3 beds rent there for between 1,000 and 1,250 (depending on condition they're in) and recent sales of 3 beds have been around the 200k mark.

If you google it- you will find a few antisocial incidents- such as a drug dealer being shot- however- these are isolated- one off incidents, and not representative of the area.

Its less than 5 mins walk from main street Clondalkin- well built and reasonably sized.

From a desireability perspective- properties sell very quickly in the area- and when they come available for renting- are snapped up immediately (often with queues of interested tenants).

You could do a lot worse than buy or rent in the area.
