Cyclign top for Winter

    Hi,

Basic question, but I'll ask anyway...

First up - I've never bought or worn any true cycling gear - normally just a shorts & t-shirt/long sleeve guy.

However, with winter and the dark nights approaching I think I want to get myself a good cycling top to increase my visibility to other road users.

My preference is for a bright zip up, long sleeved top which has good reflector strips.
What else in terms of material do I need to look out for? I'm only commuting about 2.5 miles each way, but part of that is in heavy'ish traffic.

Where do I get these tops? I'm based in Belfast and would like to try before I buy. I've been down to Chain Reaction but there was not much in my size (small).

What type of top should I be looking at - I sould also say that I carry a rucksack too, so it seems from what I've seen that this would cover most of the luminous trips anyway.

    Thanks.

As your in Belfast you could have a look in decathlon.
They have great stuff and I'm sure you'll find something to suit you there
