    Hi all

    Sorry couldn't find an android OS thread.

    Anyway, the girlfriends Galaxy S3 restarted on it's own and now it's stuck on one screen with no way forward other than a reset.

    She dreads loosing that much data so I'm here for some ideas, is it a lost cause?
