So I've wrecked my second gp4000 in 2 months.
Second one hasn't 1000km on it.
Just wondering if anybody patches tyres ?
Might do for turbo or winter training ?
Or is it a complete waste of time

Stick a patch on the inside and it Will be fine for the trainer. Conversely, there was a lad on here here the other day Will probably buy that from you !

Had a very similar cut in a GP4000 a while back, first or second spin. I cut out a large oval from a worn GP4000 and stuck it on the inside and also superglued the split. Used the tyre on the rear until it wore out, I would periodically check the split and put on a bit more superglue if it looked like it needed it.
