Importing spirits into Ireland

Is there much hassle importing spirits into Ireland via internet from another EU country? Are you still allowed 10litres as if you were travelling? Anyone with any experience? Or know any good websites?

Totally different rules to when you're travelling. It's up to the company selling the goods to make appropriate arrangements with the Revenue in Ireland. If they don't, and the parcel is stopped, you'll be liable for the tax owed.
