    I give it a shot as:

    230 V * 1/5 = 46Vrms on the secondary

    Output pk voltage will be 46 * sqrt(2)/pi = 20.70V = DC component = Average value of HWR voltage
    --> should be output pk = 46 * sqrt(2) = 65V as you have it, and the Dc component is then pk/pi = 65/pi = 20.70V (was on phone earlier - typos)
    RMS = pk/2= 32.52V

    P = I^2 * R = Vrms^2/R

    P = 32.52^2/10 = 105.75W

    Edit: Fixed them numbers up, I hope I didn't confuse you with the original errors.

    You are on the right track so.

    I didn't subtract the voltage drop on the diode from the answer.

    Not for this type of circuit. If it was a full sinusoid it would be sqrt(2) alright.

    It can catch you out quiet easily if you are not careful.
