It is the black plastic nut on the bottom of the inlet pipe. Green earth is attached to the inlet pipe. Black nut is in the bottom left corner.

After the inlet filter, clean the spray head. Pump doesn't look too good either...

Be very careful not to disturb the brass fitting, as the plastic clamp holding it into the shower frame can break very easily/

i thought it might be a filter, but i dont think it is, according tomanual filter should be remowed with push and turn movement, the rubber peace i have is some sort of a end piece rubber, i might be wrong though

yes i am a bit woried about pump, it is a really dusty/smoky looking, there was a plastick paper of some sort there that was covering the pump, and it was all covered with some sort of black ash, i sayd to myself this can be right, but then again, im not a shower noir electrician expert :)

Ok first off you are not reading the manual that came with your shower. You have a mira elite 2. The manual you are reading is a mira elite st. They changed the filter in the mira elite st but it was a disaster. The newest mira elite st showers have gone back to the filter that you have.

Next thing is water shut off. It should be in the attic. Assuming the plumber put one in. If you can't find it you can remove the filter with the water on. The water will only go into the shower anyway. Obviously you make sure that the power is off. You can remove the filter & clean it. An old toothbrush comes in handy for this. They put the filter back on.

The black dust is normal. It is carbon deposit from the carbon brushes. This is normal wear and tear.

If you live in a lime scale area you need to clear the filter but also unblock the shower head using a needle and then soak in lime scale remover or vinegar to unblock it

If you can't find a valve in the attic or hotness the best option is to do it live. If your shower is upstairs then you only have a quarter bar of pressure. (that's not a lot) the filter is pointing down in the photo so the water will go straight down. Shouldn't be a problem. Worst that'll happen is you'll get splashed.
