attachment window size

There are 2 new fields in the attachment window for max width and max height: this is throwing off the size of the window. The size remains the same, but the user has to scroll/resize the window to submit an attachment. Also, max height and width don't really apply to all of those attachment types, wouldn't a text…

Also, max height and width don't really apply to all of those attachment types, wouldn't a text disclaimer in the window prove more effective?
