Possible return of the Christmas bonus for pensioners?

It was mentioned that there's a possibility of the Christmas bonus returning for pensioners this year, previously I had heard it was a return of the Christmas Bonus in general? Is this true? If so, I think it's grossly unfair to give pensioners the Christmas bonus and not to give it to people on Disability Allowance as well
