That time of year again where we consider our training.

Unlike last year both myself and Tunney are off to a start that does not involve stupid o'clock laps of house.

Open to all and the goal is to run at least 5km everyday. If you break your streak simply start again and note your attempts.

Started a 30 day run streak 1st Oct so will post this. Average 8km per day, variety of runs, hills, tempo. Not killing myself!!
