Repeating leaving cert at home

This was semi covered in the FAQ and I'm not sure if it applies in my case.

I'm repeating the leaving cert because my course is over 500 marks while I only got around 400. I'm repeating at home because I feel I already understand the content I just need to memorise it. I also think I could study more efficiently at home than in school.

Now down to the question. If I'm studying for the leaving cert at home and technically haven't signed up to repeat leaving cert yet(Applications in January) am I applicable for job seekers allowance or am I disqualified?

Are you looking for and available for full time work? What have you done to look for full time work? if a job opportunity presents itself today are you in a position to start work tomorrow? If you are awarded JSA tomorrow and next week DSP contact you and ask that you start a course next Monday can you start the course?
