Demand for an Irish cashback site?

We all know how bad a certain Irish cashback site got over the last few years or so. What I'd be interested in knowing is whether people think there is demand for an Irish cashback site now and if so, what would you like to see on it?

If I were to set one up I'd have to take a small cut of whatever is giving back as cashback too, but how much is too much for you? It's hard to know whether the days of cashback sites are gone or not!
