1/2 Build on a Budget (5 parts needed)

I need to build a functional, modern office PC which can handle some light gaming (Sims 3 with no slowdown mainly).

My budget €200-€300

Required:
Tower
Optical Drive
PSU
Mobo
Processor

Have:
120GB SSD (Windows 7)
120GB HDD (storage)
Graphics card (Some old Nvidia 1GB One from 4 years ago, but it does the job for the Sims)
Operating system (Windows 7 64 bit home)
RAM (2x2MB)
Peripherals (M/KB, Monitor, Speakers)

Power supply is total overkill, this is more than enough. You might as well get the G3258 as its overclockable and only a euro or two more.

If that ram you have already is DDR3 then you'd get by fine with that for the moment.
