Hi all, looking to purchase a pub with the intent of converting it into a private. Dwelling. Does any1 know the tax implications of selling a pub license. Licenses are making 60-70 k ish. Was wondering how much tax I would have to pay when disposing the license. I'm a paye worker btw

I think for tax advice of a sum this large you are going to have to see a professional.
