    Hi guys,
Just wondering where I could buy sapling trees? And when is best to plant? I have zero knowledge of this sort of thing but have an acre and want to plant on it.
How many trees could I get on a acre of land?

    Thanks

Take a look at none so hardy nurseries website for information/prices, you could plant up to 1000 on an acre

Best time to plant is in winter, end of Nov to end of Feb on a dry day that the ground isn't frozen. Your local nurseries will be getting their bare root stock in soon, so don't delay and get the pick of the bunches. Plants come in bunches of 25's and can be stored in a healing in beds until you are ready to be plant. Look for gooq clean stems with healthy root systems. Shop around to get an indication of the quality of plants available.
