Disable email notifications of new posts in threads I've posted in

I'm on mobile and can't seem to find an option to disable this? I want no email notifications filling up my inbox. I can't seem to find an option in the emails like I usually do for other sites.

The option isn't on the mobile version of the site: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/profile.php?do=editoptions

On the full site, at this page: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/profile.php?do=editoptions at "Default Thread Subscription Mode", select "Do not follow". Alternatively, with each thread, at "Thread Subscription", select "Do not follow".

Alright, changed it to 'do not follow'. Will I have to keep using the full site layout for it to stay like that or can I change back to mobile like normal?
