    could some one please explain in simple terms incrementalism and expansionism in tort law also any good websites on irish tort

    Let me guess, 1st year tort tutorial homework?

    Caparo is an incrementialist judgment. It's the tendency of the law to prefer to develop in baby steps.

    Expansionism is simply the opposite. Expanisionism is Anns

    I don't know of any Irish tort sites, but read through cases and the journals in your college library. Buy Binchy if you're loaded.

    Watch Donoghue v Stevenson the opera.

    Do your own homework. Look in the papery things in the big room where everyone is making a (failed) attempt to be quiet.

    I actually find Healy's book quite good if you can get past his writing style, it's also one of the cheaper texts (papery thing) if you need one for propping up a table.
