    I agree op you need to expand on that original post.

    I recall Jill Meaghers killer had a similar history, the court may as well go out and attack a young woman themselves.

    While I find that statement flippant and misleading I do understand your point of view. What, though, are we meant to do with disturbed individuals like this? I'm all for a risk assessment panel and a hospital with very high walls on Inishark but who's paying?
