    Hello,

    I'm new to satellites. I recently bought a Thomson reciever which was working fine.

    However, I'm now getting a no signal error on all channels. When I scan for stations, I get zero.

    My signal strength for the 28.2e is c. 80% +/- 2% and the quality is c. 55% +/- 1%

    Has my dish moved or has something gone wrong with the box?

    Edited to add;
    If I do a search for all channels (not just free) I can see most of the Sky ones, so I assume my dish is still pointing at the right place in the sky?
    I don't get any of the free ones this way

    your dish has likely been moved by the wind last night . if u can move it move it slightly against the way the wind was blown

    What Thomson receiver?
    Can you enter transponder parameters --- frequency, SR etc ?
    Check the parameters and what is on them here ---
