Ryanair - Checked in Baggage size

Hi

I am bringing a display stand to the UK stand with me. It is not that big but it is a bit long. Folded and packed it's dimensions are about 150cm Long X 30cm Wide X 10cm high.

Not sure of it's exact weight, but it's only a few kilos. Well below the 20kg limit for checked baggage with Ryanair.

Will I have any problems bringing it as a checked bag ? The only restriction I can see on the website is RE weight.

I fear this might fall into the sporting/musical category of luggage being that it's so long & you'll be charged €50 each way. I hope I'm wrong though

81x119x119 cm is the limit I believe for checked baggage.
I think you would be best to check with Ryanair directly to find an answer.

Thanks guys. I got out my hacksaw and shortened it to fit into a standard suitcase. Don't want to take a chance
