I seem to have an intermittent leak coming around the side of the velux window. I can't understand why or how. I have a wood finish internally on the celing and sometimes when it rains it comes in and sometimes not. I've been up in the single story roof to have a look.everything looks OK,cleaned off all the moss and its clear runs for water. But still I get an ocassional leak... I took some fotos today of the surrounding seal of the velux and if anyone can help please let me know

I have seen this many times and can bet it is the seal that is hitting the glass a lot will also depend on the wind direction do you find that

yes carpenter, one day it can be soaking, the other day it might only leak a dribble in.

is there a part replacement you can buy for this?
