    Hi hession,

    We can check into this for you if you private message us your Electric Ireland account number, your name, address in full and telephone number, confirming you are the account-holder.

    Just as some general info in this regard:

    If you have changed from Electric Ireland to another supplier, a final bill will be sent out to you automatically - this can take up to four weeks.

    If customers are moving address, the process to follow would be to contact us with the meter reading taken on their last day.
