Issue with 7 year olds teeth - Advice?

    Hi
My 7 years olds adult teeth are coming down with no enamel on them. He had a checkup last year, where it was found that one of his back adult teeth was badly disintegrated. They filled it and said a crown would be put on it when he sees the dentist in 2nd class. He also had fissure seals on the other permanent back teeth.

The front teeth are quite brittle and badly discoloured. He brushes regularly and uses mouthwash, no fizzy drinks, and limited sweet things.

My question is, should I wait until he sees the dentist next year as part of his schol checks, or should I have him seen privately for dental treatment?
The HSE more or less said that there wasn't anything I could do, but that he will probably end up having all of his teeth crowned?

If there is any other treatment options out there, I'd really love to hear them.

    Many Thanks :)

I would consider seeing a specialist paediatric dentist on private basis.
