    Hi,

    I'm just enquiring about mortages with BOI.

    Once you get a formal Offer Letter, once you sign it are you then obliged to take out the loan with the bank.

    Thanks for your query.

    Once you receive and sign your Letter of Offer, the offer is then valid for six months from that date however, you are not committed to drawing down the loan at this stage.
