    Hi guys

If you were buying a house privately (no estate agents), and you wanted access in (while waiting for probate) to get some measurements and have an architect look at it, how do you go about getting the keys?

    Do you contact their solicitor?

Do you get your solicitor to contact their solicitor?

Do you contact the sellers directly?

    Thanks in advance
