I've been on Jobsbridge for the past 9 months and thankfully will be staying on with the same employer when it ends in a couple of weeks.

At the moment I'm claiming for myself and my wife who is unemployed. We also get rent allowance.

Do we lose the rent allowance completely? Will my wife need to go down to the social welfare and open a claim in her name?

Can we apply for FIS if I'm working and she's on jobseeker's allowance? As it stands with my wage plus her jobseekers payment (at the maximum rate, which she probably wouldn't get because I'll be working) we'll be slightly worse off each week than we are now. Which is worrying as we're struggling now.
