Buying advice - Cheap PC + 2nd Graphics Card

Some advice needed - I'm looking to buy a cheap PC desktop unit, no screen or keyboard. It must be capable of taking a graphics card in addition to the on board graphics to drive an overhead projector (different display on projector to users screen)

I've been looking at the entry level Dell (http://www.dell.com/ie/p/inspiron-3646-small-desktop/pd?oc=cd64610&model_id=inspiron-3646-small-desktop)
The back of the machine seems to show a card slot - would this take a PCIE graphics card ?
(This machine will be used about 2 hours a week, lightweight usage)

not really about windows - moving

if you want to pay big bucks you can get slow external graphics cards

also almost every laptop for like forever has an external video port, worth considering unless you can source a cheap video card

Dell have never been good about detailing the sockets on their motherboards in their sales literature , usually I go into support and download the full manual - and even then

I'm pretty sure you can drive 2 separate displays off of the cpu's igp. No need for a separate graphics card.
