    Hi

I got a job in Eat Point Business Park, living in Navan.

Going in on the Navan road my very last resort.

Looking at Santry and heading in from there, not sure yet how that will work.

Any opinions or advice welcome. Im hoping to be on the road early as in 6.30 - start for 7.30ish and finish at four. Thanks

Do you have an allocated parking space? Parking is at a severe premium there and you can't rely on casual parking spaces. Traffic shouldn't be too bad at 07:30, but could be severe after that.

Port Tunnel is an option, but expensive after 6am. http://www.dublintunnel.ie/tolls_and_permitted_vehicles/

Bus Éireann route 109 will get your from Navan (Market Square, Johnstown Road, Opposite Ardboyne Hotel, Kilcarn Bridge Opposite Old Bridge Inn) to Dublin.

Would the train from M3 into Docklands or else Connolly and a DART to Clontarf not be an option?

I find the N2 through Finglas much faster than rather than the Navan road. At that time of the morning, I would go that way, heading down Withworth road, Clonliffe and across to Fairview or the East Wall Road.

Coming home could be a different kettle of fish, but once you get to Glasnevin is can move along quickly enough.

It was dreadful planning to allow such a huge employment centre to develop without any public transport, when extending the Luas to the Point they should have gone the extra couple of km to Clontarf Road station with a stop at Eastpoint.
